Step 1: Contact us at least 4-8 weeks prior to your event. EBW’s personal, concierge service begins. We’ll review for your selection package options based on your brand, vision, budget, and type of event.

Step 2: In the weeks before your event, we’ll be in touch to review and finalize all details such as number of guests and any customized options you’d like to include.

Step 3: EBW fit specialists will arrive the day before your event to meet with on-site staff to review and confirm final details of the event. The day of the event, EBW staff will set up, provide a truly unique EBW brand experience for your female VIPs, then tear down and depart the next day.

What are your shipping rates?

USPS Priority Shipping $9.95 2 to 4 business day shipping

Free shipping once you spend $199 or more

Who covers the shipping fee to returns the shipment?
The customer will cover the cost to return the package. If this is for an exchange, customer will be reimbursed the cost of their shipping up to $7.95. Customer is not reimbursed for returns.

How do I return or exchange my item?
Download the form and fill out the information. Simply, ship your package back to the following address. Please use a carrier with tracking information.

  • Please assist us in expediting your return or exchange by ensuring items sent back are within 30 days of the original ship date and items are unworn, in the state you received them, in their original packaging, and all original tags are on.

How will I receive my refund?

  • If your order was paid by credit card, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
  • If your order was paid by a Gift Certificate, a refund will go back onto the Gift certificate.
